Two comments about Sherman Oaks Elementary

I have taught at the school for thirteen years. I am impressed by the teachers' dedication to the students' academic and social growth. The faculty's committment to collaborate, sharing best practices, is evident. The teachers demonstrate their dedication to reach the community of students and identify their individual strengths and weaknesses.

I am a science teacher. The high school science dept (bio, chem and physics) are top in all of Los Angeles Unified with CST subtest scores equal to Palos Verdes Pennisula H S
School is safe, small and has tremendous teacher depth and parental involvement
